Here is an excellent Sourdough Pancake Recipe take from Lou Seibert Pappas Baking Bread.
This recipe has been one of my favorites for many years!
1/2 Cup Sourdough Starter
2 Cups Milk
2 cups all purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
The Night Before:
Combine starter, milk, and flour in a large mixing bowl, mix until blended.
Cover and let stand in a warm place for 8 hours or overnight.
When ready to cook: Add eggs, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
Beat until blended.
Pour batter into 3 inch cakes on a lightly greased, hot griddle. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen pancakes.
