So, the 2025 CQ Magazine WPX (Work All Prefixes) has come to a close!
While I do not feel I did very well in the contest I was none the less satisfied with the results!
I know I do not have the best antenna in the world and finding a solution that works better to Asia and stateside, especially on the lower bands is something I need to look into. I did make contacts with countries I normally do not!
Here are some compressed statistics taken N3FPJ logging software.

Some memorable events. Working the Galapagos Islands on 3 bands (10, 15, and 20 meters). Working Indonesia at 0430 Sunday morning on 20meters when I just happened to tune up to see if there was still any activity on the band.
We worked a lot of French stations, and some Germany. I was able to get the Netherlands and Denmark!
Sunday 10 meters opened up in the afternoon and I have never heard so much activity throughout the 10meter phone band before! There were literally stations working from the basement (28.300Mhz) to the attic (29.000Mhz!
The only thing I kick myself over is that I took too much time out for sleeping. A single operator station can operate 36 out of the 48-hour contest, I worked almost 20 hours in the 48 hour period. Which is a bit low for me.. I have worked 12 hours straight in a couple of the sprint contests and Winter Field Day! So time management is definitely something I need to work on..
Can not wait until next year!
