Forum email should now be working again.

The forums email was broken (Nobody told me, and the systems built in test feature was working normally.).
Thanks to Luigi for pointing out that he was not getting new reply notification!

I have fixed the issue, and I hope it will stay fixed.

If you see something that is not working as advertised. Please let me know so I can fix it!
