Surface Pro 3 Built In Microphone

Not very happy,

I have been using my SP3 now for about 3 months, and discovered last night that the internal microphone was no longer working. I tried all the fixes that were available on the web, and finally had to resort to restoring the surface to factory defaults.

I keep all my data in the cloud, but reinstalling applications is a pain in the butt!
