Brent’s World Quickie – Bermuda Style Baked Cod<\/span><\/h2>\n

 Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1lb package of fresh Cod (You can substitute with frozen fish if needed)
\n2 tbsp. butter
\n\u00bd Minced med. Onion
\n\u00bd cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
\n\u00bd cup + 2 tbsp. milk
\n\u00bc cup seasoned bread crumbsSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/strong> Preheat oven to 350 degrees, saut\u00e9 onions in 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil. Mix with bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.  Place fish in buttered baking dish.  Pour milk over fish.  Top with bread crumbs, onion, cheese mixture.  Bake 40 minutes at 350 Degrees.<\/p>\n
