Dating a street photographer?

Since I have tried street photography a time or two (Okay may more than that), here in Korea.  I also tend to get grief from my girlfriend for that fact that most of the time when we go out somewhere, I am always lugging around my photography gear, and I seem to pay more attention to my Canon then I do to her.  I found this article rather interesting.
