Macro Lens

For my birthday I decided to spoil myself and purchase the Canon 100mm F2.8 USM MACO Lens.
I bought the lens for a couple of reasons.
1) I think MACRO photography looks cool
2) I felt that I needed it for my ORB photography.
3) Mi Jung likes to take pictures of flowers. so I figured she can use it on the 7D
4) Did I mention I think MACRO photography looks cool?
Here are some pictures that I took last week in Sokcho.
What experiance do you have with a MACRO lens?
