Launch of Boeing Starliner called off

Well. After going ahead with the countdown of the Boeing StarLiner against key contractor obligations (Didn't NASA learn anything from the Challenger disaster?), the launch had to be scrubbed AGAIN due to due to an observation on a liquid oxygen self-regulating solenoid relief valve on the Centaur upper stage.
First it was the helium system, now the LOX system. I can not believe they were going to go ahead with the Helium system issues, and now this scrub at less than 4 minutes until launch.
Boeing Boeing Boeing. Get your act together!
