Haha that's awesome. I love listening to pilot vs atc conversations like that...

I remember hearing one (Actually I think it was a transcript) - a pilot came onto the channel saying "Oh man am I drunk!" ATC responded with "Last caller, please identify yourself" and the pilot replied, "Sir, I said I was drunk, not stupid." (Which should be considered contradictory, but it still made me laugh...)

... it does beg the question, was that coffee waiting for him when he landed?
